Dr. Sarah Mack, DO  Schedule with Dr. Mack

A Colorado native, Dr. Mack has always had a deep connection to the community she serves. She earned her undergraduate degree in biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Northern Colorado before completing a master’s in Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University. She then pursued her medical degree at Rocky Vista University and went on to train at Durant Family Medicine in Oklahoma, where she gained valuable experience caring for rural and underserved communities.

Dr. Mack is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and their families. She takes the time to truly listen, educate, and explore the best care options together—because your health decisions should always feel like a team effort.

When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Mack loves spending time with her husband and family, exploring the Colorado mountains through hiking, camping, and off-roading. She also enjoys unwinding in the kitchen, experimenting with new cooking and baking techniques to share with loved ones.

David Battiste, PA-C  Schedule with David

David Battiste, PA-C has been in practice since late 2020 and is an NCCPA certified Physician Associate. He is affiliated with the American Academy of Physician Associates, the Physician Assistant Education Association, and the LBGT PA Caucus. Specializing in Family Medicine, David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Applied Science in Paramedicine, as well as a Masters of Clinical Health Services. He believes that teaching and expertise are not mutually exclusive, with passion being the overlap for a great educator.

David also believes that healthcare is a fundamental human right and aims to provide significant medical and mental wellness to his patients while educating and motivating them, as well as his peers and family, to advocate for themselves to achieve their ideal physical and mental wellness. In his personal time, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and is a health enthusiast and avid outdoors person who enjoys reading, music, camping, and backpacking.

Alyssa Coleman, FNP  Schedule with Alyssa

Alyssa Coleman is passionate about providing primary care and preventative healthcare to her patients. She believes the best way to tackle healthcare is to prevent problems from happening at the start. She likes to build relationships with her patients by working with them as a team to address their concerns.

Alyssa completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program from the University of Colorado Anschutz. She also has a Master of Public Health from Boston University.

Being a Colorado native, Alyssa loves getting up to the mountains. She enjoys snowboarding and hiking. In the last year she has taken up kickboxing. She has two kids, both boys, ages 1 and 3 years old. She also has two dogs: a 2-year-old lab and a 14-year-old cattle dog. They all keep her busy!
