Dr. Rebecca Nickell believes great healthcare is about more than just treating symptoms—it’s about understanding you as a whole person. As an Osteopathic Physician, she takes a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to health and wellness, helping individuals and families thrive at every stage of life.

After earning her medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002, Dr. Nickell fell in love with Colorado while completing her residency at Southern Colorado Family Medicine in Pueblo. Her expertise spans general family medicine, women’s health, osteopathic manipulation, mental health, and weight management. She loves caring for entire families, from young children to grandparents, and values the relationships she builds with her patients over time.

Dr. Nickell’s passion for medicine was sparked by stories of her grandfather, a small-town family physician who cared for his entire community like they were family. That same dedication drives her today, ensuring each patient feels heard, valued, and supported in their health journey.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Nickell enjoys spending time with her three daughters and extended family. She’s an avid reader, a lover of live theater, and a creative spirit who enjoys sewing and designing costumes for the whole family

Laura Murray, PA-C  Schedule with Laura

Laura Murray is a dedicated Primary Care Physician Associate committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With twenty-one years of experience in preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and wellness education, Laura strives to build long-term trusting relationships with each patient.

Laura was born and raised in Lakewood, Colorado. She completed her training as a Physician Associated at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. This is where she earned a Master of Medical Science degree. Since then, she has been living and working in Colorado where she also loves running, exercising, spending time with her two children and her husband, and developing community at her church.

Laura is known for her thorough, empathetic care, collaborative decision making, and compassionate bedside manner. She is passionate about improving community health and working together with her patients to achieve a higher quality of life.

Joshua Williams, PA-C  Schedule with Joshua

Joshua Williams, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate through the NCCPA. During his clinical training, Joshua discovered a strong passion for family medicine while caring for residents in primary care settings. Now proud to call Colorado home, he looks forward to supporting the health and well-being of his community.

With a strong foundation in both emergency and primary care medicine, Joshua brings years of practical experience to his role. He is deeply committed to forming meaningful relationships with his patients—taking the time to understand their unique health goals and creating personalized, comprehensive care plans. Joshua believes that optimal health outcomes are achieved through continuity and open communication.

Kathryn Ruggiero, FNP  Schedule with Kathryn

Kate Ruggiero, FNP-C, is passionate about providing evidence-based primary and preventative care with a strong focus on personalized, patient-centered treatment. She believes the best outcomes come from a collaborative approach to care and partnering with patients to create personalized care plans that support long-term physical and mental health.

Kate completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Cincinnati and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Biomedical Marketing from Quinnipiac University. She has a special interest in treating chronic disease and supporting cardiometabolic health, with an emphasis on prevention, longevity, and sustainable lifestyle changes that support the mind–body connection. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, golfing, and rock climbing. She also loves yoga and unwinding with a good book.
